01Our mission

I believe that psychological science belongs in the hands of everyday people — so I translate clinical tools into structured, honest courses that produce real, lasting change.

02Meet G.

I teach at the intersection of clinical psychology and real life. Every course I build draws from the same evidence-based frameworks I use in practice — CBT, ACT, NLP, positive psychology, neuroplasticity, emotional intelligence — not because they're popular, but because the research shows they move people. My work is grounded in a Master's in Clinical and Health Psychology, and every lesson is designed to translate that depth into something you can actually use by the end of the week.

What you'll find here isn't motivation-speak or quick-fix content. It's structured, practical, and honest about what the science does and doesn't say. Each course is built around real tools — worksheets, scripts, habit stacks, reflection cycles, and actionable plans — because insight without implementation is just interesting information.

I teach across ten courses covering the full arc of human thriving: how to rewire limiting thought patterns, manage stress, build emotional intelligence, set boundaries that hold, cultivate happiness, sharpen relationship skills, and even find the science behind humor and resilience. Whether you're working through something difficult or simply reaching for something better, there's a path here for you.

If you're tired of knowing what you should do and ready to understand why you don't — and build the specific skills to close that gap — you're in the right place. Browse the courses, find the one that speaks to where you are right now, and let's get to work.

03Our ethos
  1. 01Science earns its place in the classroom — every technique taught must be traceable to peer-reviewed research, and where the evidence is thin or contested, students deserve to know that plainly.
  2. 02Tools without practice are just information — so every course is built around structured homework, worksheets, and personalized plans that turn knowledge into durable, measurable behavior change.
  3. 03Depth and accessibility are not opposites — clinical-grade frameworks can be taught clearly, warmly, and without jargon, and that translation is the real craft of teaching.
